Welcome to the Kosher Culinary Lab
“Jeffrey D. Schwartz Jewish Community Center” features the unique “Kosher Culinary Lab,” inviting you to savor an unparalleled dining experience.
For thousands of years, “Kosher food” has nourished generation after generation of Jewish people. Through our Kosher Culinary Lab, we aim to share this exceptional culinary culture with a wider audience.
“Kosher” also represents one of the earliest forms of healthy eating. Step into our innovative Kosher Culinary Lab, where you’ll immerse yourself in a rich atmosphere and explore thousands of years of Jewish culture firsthand.
We offer a carefully curated selection of Israeli and Jewish dishes, combining modern and traditional styles. Using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients that adhere to Kosher standards, we prepare these dishes on-site, offering you a taste that spans Israel and the vast Mediterranean region.
Beyond the nice coffee, fresh juices or teas, you can also indulge in kosher wine from Israel, enhancing your dining experience.
A Friendly Reminder 🔆:
📍Many of our dishes contain nuts, and beef originates from the United States.
📍In the Kosher Culinary Lab, there is a minimum requirement of NT$500 per person (Including children over 120cm).
🔆 In addition to being Taiwan’s only restaurant which strictly adhering to the rigorous Kosher standards, we also provide event spaces for groups of up to 12, 30, or even over a hundred people. Experience the unique ambiance and professional service, reminiscent of dining within a cultural and artistic museum – a truly unforgettable experience.
Whether it’s a wedding, private gathering, corporate event, lecture, forum, and more, “Jeffrey D. Schwartz Jewish Community Center” is your prime choice.
