Dear Friend,
We were thrilled to welcome over 225 members and guests to our first Passover Seder in our beautiful new ballroom.
Also for the first time, we provided a colorful printed Chinese translation of the Passover Haggadah compiled especially for our Chinese-speaking members and friends.
After reading through the Haggadah and singing “Dayenu!”, among other traditional tunes, we enjoyed a kosher feast of freshly caught pan-fried grouper on a bed of sauteed spinach, imported Paraguayan kosher beef medallions, sweet and sour eggplant, Moroccan carrot salad, beet borscht soup with beef, Mediterranean roasted vegetables, potato latkes with applesauce, all rounded off with a delicious chocolate-orange cake and coconut macaroons.
Thank you to all of you who made this momentous event happen, from the reservations and design teams to the kosher kitchen staff, and especially to all of you: our members, your family, and friends.

Matzah is out, bread is back!
Our regular a la carte menu is back at the Kosher Culinary Lab.
Now that Passover is over, we can finish off our last wafers of Matzah (dayenu!) and enjoy once again the delicious leavened bread products on our Lab menu, from home-baked pita to hand-crafted Moroccan freina bread to our delicious home-made pizzas.
Enjoy Moroccan salmon, beef couscous in a Tajine pot, beef kebab on cinnamon sticks, or baked seabass. Or sample one of our many scrumptious vegetarian dishes such as pizza Sabiche, shakshouka, or Mediterranean salad. Complement your meal with a glass of red or white kosher Israeli wine.
