Enjoy Kosher Culinary Lab Cuisine at Home

The Kosher Culinary Lab is open and taking reservations as usual. We are also now offering take-out service, so give us a call at 02-2700-0366 or email us at reservations@jtca.org.tw with your order at least 24 hours in advance.

Last week we welcomed Professor Tsong-Sheng Tsan and 16 of his students from National Taiwan University for a tour of the JCC, the museum, and a discussion on Jewish life in Taiwan, led by Glenn Leibowitz, Angel Kuo, and Jane Lee from our tour team. Professor Tsan is a preeminent expert on Jewish history and Judaism in Taiwan.

Glenn and the team also led a guided virtual tour of the JCC for Professor Shoou-Huey Chang and nearly 60 of her students in her Yiddish Class at Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages in Kaohsiung. Professor Chang is a speaker and teacher of Yiddish, perhaps one of the only such teachers of the language in Taiwan. Our student volunteer, Adrian Kron, introduced Austrian Service Abroad, and shared a bit about his volunteer experience.
